What is the procedure if the driver does not arrive when I have already paid for the minicab?

In this case the office will issue you with a full refund however if it is a last minute booking we will ring you quickly and let you know if we feel we cannot make your requested pick up time. This hardly ever happens, as our driver will be waiting for you at the agreed location at time.

Is there any way to book a journey other than the control room?

Booking a journey with the driver is unsafe as it is not an official booking so the control room will have no record of it and will not know where you are going. In this scenario the office is not liable for any loss or damage however you can request a particular driver that you have used previously. Once booking a your journey to the airport we can happily also book the return at the same time.

How do I Pay for my minicab?

The most popular method is paying cash to the driver once reaching the destination. However you can book online via card or using paypal and the same methods can be used when using our iPhone app.

Where is my driver?

When you book online or using the iPhone app, you can track your driver yourself for peace of mind. However in the event this cannot be done then simply call our control room, or use our 24/7 chat support online and we will locate the car straight away.
